Some may think Hong Kong is only a city, with buildings and no trees or countryside to be seen. That is mostly around Central and Mong Kok. In the New Territories, it's luscious, green and mountainous. I never imagined a place existed--blame my New Jersey upbringing. The Chinese University of Hong Kong is situated among the hills and trees. As seen here, the campus buildings are lost in the trees and mist, making you forget that you were only a 30 minute train ride to an urban center.
